As our new Business Development Manager for Cloud Solutions, you will be part of our highly skilled Sales Team, based in India, where you will take accountability for further develop the existing services business for Crayon India, with a focus on a specific region. One of your main objectives will be to prospect, identify, and qualify leads for Crayon cloud products and solutions. In addition, you will assume accountability for advising, developing, and managing long-lasting business relationships with new and existing customers and partners. In addition, you will acquire deep knowledge of the Indian market, map Crayon capabilities and build a strategy to win in the market.

As a Business Development Manager, your main objectives will also be to:

• Further development of the business, hunt, identify and qualify leads for Crayon products and services offering, making Crayon as the first preferred choice for enterprise customers
• Develop trusted and long-term engagements, driving net new business, focused on Managed Services, and building customer relationships in chosen market segment (geographical)
• Ability to work on large value deals and wide eco-system of domain expert Managed services
• Understanding of P&L services and commercial construct of Managed Services proposals, profitability and costs

We find that you will have success in this role if you are able to build long-term relationships and have solid and meaningful business impact conversations, being an expert matter on Managed Services for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS on Azure and AWS side. In your daily work, we believe you are a results-oriented and highly motivated individual, with a business acumen on sales traits. We also believe you are resilience towards pressure situations, using your sales acumen to win.

Wanted Competency and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Managed Services selling, working on Cloud infrastructure managed services, especially Azure and AWS, and with System Integrator or Managed service
• Proven track record of Services process and IT commercial proposals, including delivery, project and implementation plans, in a Cloud exposure environment
• Ability to identify and ascertain Managed services play in RFPs and Enterprise contracts
• Technical Microsoft or AWS certifications are highly regarded

Practical Information:

• Location for this role: Delhi and NCR and South, India.
• Languages required: Proficiency level of English (spoken and written)
