This role specifically focuses on commercial execution solution delivery following agile delivery methodology. As a critical member of the Sales Execution & Enablement delivery team the BA will have a pivotal role in managing dedicated and on-demand vendor partner resources onsite, onshore and abroad to ensure flawless delivery of functionality through a monthly sprint release cycle.
Along with managing the pipeline of development work delivered through Diageos vendor partner the BA will also be responsible for fully capturing functional requirements through user stories which the BA will work with the vendor partner and Business Lead(s) to translate into functionality to be built into future releases. Once fully analyzed this BA will work closely with the Diageo SCRUM Master to plan the future sprint activities and resources required to successfully deliver against each captured user story.
Following completion each piece of work the BA will take a lead role in introducing the technology to the Business Product Owners as well as the Service and Support Team. Key Outputs Clearly defining the business issues and opportunities that will result in the development of Digital and Technology solutions (together with the business and Salesforce.com delivery team). Lead functional requirements gathering sessions with the Business and collaborate with Diageo vendor partner in translating requirements into fully scoped user stories.
Working closely with the Diageo SCRUM Master and Diageo Vendor Partner to prepare all sprint and release plans including user stories, development resourcing, Service Introduction and ultimate knowledge transfer into BAU (release). Engage with the Business Product Owners and Diageo Vendor Partner to appropriately triage and resolve tier 2 incidents that may arise ensuring accurate priority is placed on each intensified issue while not impacting the planned release schedule. Qualifications and Experience Required The candidate will be able to demonstrate success in both IS functional, business partnering roles.
They must demonstrate the following functional and technical capability skills Experience delivering SalesForce.com assets including Service Cloud, CRM/SFA and Force.com solutions. Working options / Travel requirements It is our goal to reach greater flexibility of resources, which we recognize, may require a greater level of mobility and travel from some of our teams. For this role we anticipate the percentage of travel to be between 10 to 15 percent, however, configuration of the current project portfolio and the location of key partners means that not everyone will be required to travel to deliver projects. Pattern of travel will be dependent on the needs of each project
